Latisse is an FDA approved, prescription-strength eyelash growth serum that gradually encourages growth of longer, thicker and darker eyelashes.  It is applied to the upper eye lid daily.  Patients begin to notice improvements in about a month.  The results are not permanent if you stop the treatment.
